Payments
  • No confirmation of booking can be made without receipt of payment. Should we not receive your payment by the stipulated cut-off date, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
  • The Early Bird Discount is only valid if you have paid for your booking by the stipulated date of midnight on 30 April 2022. If you choose to pay via EFT or Direct Bank Deposit please pay at least two working days prior to the cut-off date to ensure the payment deadline is met. If payment has not been received by such date your booking will be redone at the full price.
  • The organiser has the right to refuse entry if proof of payment cannot be shown or verified.
    Final payments must be made by Friday, 22 May 2020
  • NO payments will be accepted on the day of the conference.
Close of Registrations

Registrations close at 17:00PM on Friday, 20 May 2022. No late registrations will be accepted.

Cancellations
  • Cancellations received by 17:00PM on Friday, 20 May 2022 will receive a refund less R500.00 per delegate processing fee.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 17:00PM on Friday, 20 May.
Change of Programme

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the organisers have the right to change the programme content, the speakers or the venue. You will be notified should such a change be necessary.

Loss, Damages or Injury

Neither SGASA or its representatives will be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered as a direct or indirect result of attending this event.

Hotel Cancellations

Cancellations at any of the Hotels are subject to the hotels cancellation policy and not SGASA. Please call the hotels directly should you wish to cancel
